Learning Through Internship (LTI) Coordinator for UPA Middle School: University Prep Middle School is currently accepting resumes for the Learning Through Internship Coordinator (LTIC) position. The LTIC serves as a liaison between UPAMS and area businesses and organizations. The LTIC also functions as an instructor and consultant to both students and teachers. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the LTI curriculum and LTI culture building. Duties include recruiting, managing, and creating internship opportunities for the school, planning career fairs, scheduling guest speakers, and managing LTI related transportation. The LTIC is also directly responsible for introducing students to career pathways, professional standards, and real-world work environments. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and a background in education, business, human resources, and/or communication.
