EXTRACURRICULAR

The following are offered as extracurricular activities at University Prep High School:

Supplementary tutoring in reading, writing and math
Homework Help
Athletics (football, cheerleading, basketball, volleyball, soccer, dance team)
Student-sponsored clubs and activities such as Personal Defense, Big Sister Program, School Newspaper, Yearbook, and Community Service Projects

Tutoring is available to all UPHS students. Those who fall below passing due to difficulty with content are required to attend after-school tutoring twice a week for that specific subject. In addition, University Prep High School provides both before and after-school tutoring for those seeking reinforcement activities or general assistance. For students who need time and a quiet space to complete assignments, we also offer study tables and an open computer lab after school.
